Raise a glass to The Broken Shaker’s Bar Manager, Michael Parish. With over 25 years of experience in the industry, this bartender extraordinaire–when he’s not behind the bar–presides over the Miami chapter of the United States Bartenders’ Guild, and recently represented the 305 at the US Bartender of the Year competition in New York with his original Angel’s Share cocktail. When he is behind the bar, expect him to whip up and hand off one of the best cocktails in Miami. In his downtime, you can find Michael boxing at the gym, taking a walk down the beach or enjoying a little mezcal. We recently caught up with him to chat more about Miami, cocktails, and The Broken Shaker.
